Health is very important to me and learning more about a lifestyle that can increase health and longevity is a consistent hobby.  Removing meat from my diet is something that I have done to improve health as well as improve the environment.  I am not entirely vegan but try to eat as many meals as I can without meat multiple meals a day.

Removing meat from your lifestyle can be done easily by just starting with one meal a week, then one a day and take baby steps into remove meat from most meals you eat. 

In life taking baby steps on a consistent basis is the key to long term change and success.
